These simple guideline will help the individual user in better presenting his or her issues.

1. The aim of the article must be to highlight an important issue affecting the lives of the users. It must have a short title that accurately represents its contents. Articles will become part of a growing database, so ensuring that your title is reflective of the content is important. Also ensuring that your views and ideas are well represented in the content will ensure that it is indexed correctly in the database. Any instances where the title misrepresents the contents Real People Real News will add an 'RPRN interpreted title' clearly indicating such.

2. The article must be well written, concise and to the point so as to ensure that the writer properly communicates his views to all other users around the world. This means that any indigenous phrases or slang must be explained so that it does not generate misinformation.

3. The article must not contain any content that is clearly intended to be destructive, disturbing, malicious, defamatory, inciting or abusive to anyone or any party. 'This service will be run on this basis; that there is no logical and practical way that the concept of absolute freedom can exist in a diverse civilization as ours. In such a civilization absolute freedoms would overlap from individual to individual. Since such a state of affairs contravenes the purpose and nature of freedom it means that the concept of absolute freedom cannot exist. To exemplify this please note the following; one man's music is another man's noise pollution, both men have their 'relative' freedoms. One man has the freedom to listen to whatever he chooses how loudly he wishes and the other man has the freedom to live in silence. Both men cannot exercise their freedoms 'absolutely' since they would have conflict due to overlapping of this 'absolute freedom'. The only solution is to compromise and adjust ones own freedom to accommodate the other person's needs to have his freedom. This 'relative freedom' is the true freedom and can only exist because each individual has the freedom to make this choice, the choice of self-regulation for collective harmony. This basis or rule by which this service will be governed will be known as the 'Doctrine of Non-Absolute Freedom'.
